Folders in sidebar seem broken

Behavior:

Create new folder OK

Rename folder OK

Expand folder NOT OK Folder does not expand

Upload controls MISSING

I can´t seem to get the folders working, or upload files into them. I uploaded several dozen files into a chat and they vanished although the upload was accepted.

The situation above is identcal on both Brave and Firefox running on Fedora workstation.

Cache, cookies, data cleared in all browsers

Logged out logged in

Several hard browser refreshes
