Free Trial Fine Print

I signed up for Venice in December of 2025 via the free first month of service trial offer. 

After enjoying the trial I decided to pay for the Pro Subscription for $14 per month starting in Jan 2026. I was set to renew each monthly subscription on the 2nd of the month but today my subscription was cancelled instead of continued without my consent. Now I'm being charged $24 per month to regain the Pro Subscription. Did I miss something in the fine print of the trial offer that stated the $14 subscription cost would only last for one month or is it something else?
