Generating a wholesome image with an error saying "Safe Mode"

I type in “low detail, anime style, a man with red hair, a woman with yellow blonde hair, they are holding hands, wholesome” for the image prompt, but it said I can only make uncensored images with the subscription. I tried adding “sfw” and “wearing clothes” to see if it would work, but it didn’t. Can someone explain????
