Give Pro-Users an option to opt-out of any pay-for-use upselling

It’s annoying as a Pro-user who subscribed to your middle-man-service on the promise that you’re a ‘customer-centric’ service, to witness the same enshittification practices of oter platforms trying to upsell us your pay-per-use programs.

I fully understand your need to “keep the lights on”, and perhaps there really are some subscribers who are interested in what other ‘extras’ they can throw money at you for. But then there are people like me who just wanted to buy a ‘reasonable car’ from someone who they trusted to offer a ‘customer-oriented’ service, and then all of a sudden it displays ads for one of your newer, bigger but also more pricier models on the dashboard during driving.

I suggest you give us a toggle button in our account settings to opt out explicitly of any pay-per-use features and when activated, you hide any future pay-per-use model, the API menu item and the thing about VVV and DIEM. We just want the things that we pay monthly for and nothing else.
