I lost my creditS

Hello. I had signed up for the $68 a month. You build my credit card on 27 June. As of today I have no credits although just yesterday I had well over 2000. I was told that my credit card was expired, which was not. And the bill is there. You took the money out of my credit card on June 27. I wanna know why I don’t have any access to my credits.
