I topped up 2,600 credits to my account [email protected] today, but when I had only 760 credits left, it generated 3 videos - each one consuming 172 credits. The model refused to generate any more butI have 3 credit values of 172 each, and I can't get in touch with your customer service. I hope you can help me resolve this.
