Image generation and editing: Issues with male anatomy

This is a serious issue. Until recently, the only image creation and editing model that could accurately recreate male anatomy (including genitals) was Grok Imagine, but it stopped working after the latest censorship updates.

The problem is that current alternative models simply don't do the job. They are incapable of generating an anatomically correct male body; they keep adding female attributes (like breasts or vaginas) or create anatomical aberrations that look nothing like a realistic penis and scrotum.

This situation is unsustainable. We are not asking for anything out of the ordinary. We were promised uncensored models, and that is what we expect, but ones that actually work. We don't care if they are private or anonymous; what we demand is quality and technical accuracy.

The same issue occurs with image generation in character chats: the available model is completely unable to recreate an explicit image with even a minimum level of quality.

I really hope you can fix this issue as soon as possible.

I believe the issue is better illustrated with the following example:

    Original image:

Editing prompt: The character is turned away from the bed, looking over his shoulder at the camera with an arrogant smile. He is showing his butt. His balls and his dick hang between his legs.

    Result:

The result is satisfactory, except for the representation of the male genitalia. Is there any way to correct this? Perhaps by updating the model to a version of Qwen that has been specifically trained on male anatomy; I assume the community has already developed one.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
