Non-responsive AI: Your chatbot couldn’t follow the simplest instructions or provide a single productive answer.
No customer-support guidance: When I asked how to request a refund, the AI pointed me to Reddit—whose threads are overflowing with complaints about your nonexistent support.
Confusing contact process: It took more time searching third-party forums than using your own site to find this form, and I’m still unsure it’s the right place to file a complaint.
