Implement system post prompts

System prompts are way too often completely ignored unless I remind the model at the end of my prompt (don’t skip reasoning, remember the rules, etc). I’d like to be able to automatically insert stuff at the end of my prompt and that inserted stuff not be included in the chat history.
Just like there are system prompts with toggles on or off, I’d like to choose if those show up at the start or at the end
