Improve System Prompt Handling

System prompts are very useful, but cumbersome to use in certain contexts. My suggestions include:

• Add the ability to export/import system prompts en masse to/from local files.

• Add the ability to group system prompts with the ability to enable/disable system prompts by group, not just individually.

• Add a “built-in” system prompt where the user can specify the name used to address the AI and the name by which the user wants to be addressed.  Perhaps two fields at the top of the System Prompts dialog area.

• A button to force the AI to rescan/reload system prompts to better assure compliance by the AI.
