In character an "author's notes" or "instruction to the user" section

In some more in depth characters, I would love to have an author’s note, to be able to add some information without risking to affect the character behavior. As an example, I have a character where I insisted excessively heavily on one of his feature, because I know the AI has very strong bias in the other direction. After multiple trials, I has to be excessive in the description, to avoid the point to be just ignored.

I would like to say that to the user : « Hey, the description is extremely assertive, but with very little effort, you can push the AI in the other direction because of it’s biases. Be kind with her… » But I can’t add that in the description, in fear this can affect the AI.

I could put that in the summary, which does not affect the AI, but it’s not necessarily the proper place either.

The feature could be great to for references where the character is inspired from novels. « Hey by the way, you like him? He’s base on this great book, read it! »
