Increase image generation models step count to at least 60

With some art styles such as anime, cartoon and 3d high step counts let models refine details to portray characters better and add objects to the environment improving detail. High step counts also help with prompt adherence especially with longer prompts as models have time to realise specifics onto the image being generated.
With this in mind I’d like to request the arbitrary limit to 30 steps on models to be increased to 60, thus allowing for generations of images with more detail and better prompt adherence and meeting more users preferences. To help account for increased generation wait times a warning could be added for step counts above 30.
