Internal / external memory Vault access

Not sure if this is firstly possible and secondly already in motion but here goes.

1. Allow access to internal memory Vault or vault apps or software like obsidian ( can help with personal Chat Bots )

2.  Similar as 1 but external usb plug in vaults for mobile devices & or personal clouds

I understand there may be safety and data security risks and concerns just a thought.
