Investigate Allowing Proxy over I2P

Currently from what I understand the proxy is run by Venice.ai itself. It would be nice if there was an option to use I2P to further decentralize and anonymize requests between users and the devices generating prompt responses. If implemented properly this could remove the ability of Venice itself from knowing who sent a prompt to what GPU, requiring even less trust of Venice itself.
