Issues deleting images

Lately, when generating multiple images at a time, the second, third and fourth images will not delete when attempting to delete that specific image. usually, if you try to delete image 1, it works. if you try to delete all at once using the delete button below the group, they all go away as expected.
the problem persists whether in the library or in the original chat that produced the image.
