Keep the old models too!! Make quick Switches

We should always have access to the multi-model setup. The image generation especially is far better than with the Agentic chat, since you have far more control, especially with system prompts etc.

It would be cool to be able to quickly switch between Image and Text chat on the fly in the app. It would also be cool to have all of the web features in the app. Beyond that, inegrating proper system prompts into the agentic chat would be nice too. I'm very specific with my image generation and losing my setup for that would suck miserably.
