Kokoro Dutch TTS

Hi Venice Team,

I am a new user of your platform and I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the Kokoro TTS implementation. However, I noticed that there is currently no native support for the Dutch language.

As the Kokoro engine itself is capable of supporting multiple locales, I would like to formally request the addition of Dutch (nl-NL/nl-BE) voice models. There is a growing demand for high-quality, local-first AI voices in the Dutch-speaking market for applications ranging from accessibility to content creation.

Adding a few high-quality Dutch voices (like the 'Nathalie' or 'Pim' styles found in other implementations) would significantly increase the value of Venice.ai for European users.

Are there any plans to expand the language library for Kokoro TTS in the near future?
