Leo & Brave cannot use API

Hello, I was able to get Leo working with Venice.ai and llama-3.3-70b without too many issues, however, I'm having trouble getting it to work with llama-3.1-405b. I receive the error message: "You've reached the rate limit for this model or are out of credits. Please try again later." And when I look at the API key in the dashboard, it still appears as unused?
