Let me stop the agent from making videos I didn't ask for

Auto-approve only controls whether a video charges my credits without asking first. It doesn't stop the agent from deciding to make one in the first place. I can ask for a single image edit and still end up with a video I never requested, plus a charge attached to it. I then have to cancel that request.

I want a separate setting that takes that choice away from the agent entirely — something like "only generate video when I explicitly ask for it." Off by default, and independent of auto-approve and of whether premium models are allowed in agentic chat.

A system prompt is a workaround, but a prompt can be ignored. A setting can't.
