Library functionality

-allow ability to go to chat that the image is linked to from the library.
-allow organization of items in library. for example allowing folders users can move specific items they want grouped together into a folder.
-after items added to folder, they do not show on main library page until that folder is selected.
-ability to select multiple images to download or delete from library at at time.
