Maintain character between devices

Currently, characters are stored on device. In order to migrate them to a different device, we need to:

1. Make the character public then sync

2. Sync on the other device

3. Remove public toggle on both devices

Suggestion: Add an option to save the character to Venice's servers. This way, users can easily transfer characters, and the Venice team does not have to review the many characters uploaded  as public simply for cross device transfer.
