I can't make a payment. I have the option to “upgrade to pro”, but the system won't allow it saying I already have a subscription. And to go to “manage subscription” tab.
I also have this issue. I am waiting for an answer but nothing as of yet. May just have to move on. Why wouldn't the want to fix this and have money from their users.
