[Mind] Persistance tool for sub agents

A persistance tool, that could use either browser local storage or even indexedDB for keeping state (character sheet, synopsis reference) instead of relying on Mind to pass back and forth the updated information would be very useful for all “game master” minds and certainly other cases… This could lower the used token, and better enforce state change rules.
