Mobil app glitches

I have had many back and forth email with the support team and Im sorry, they have not been helpful, and quit replying to my emails. Whatever the issue is going on with Venice and the Playstore, your patch is not working on my end. The problem is with images. The regular venice app has stricter censorship than any other app because of whatever the issue is between you two. The patch mobil app (direct Venice website app) works great, but you have to upload 20 or 30 trys before one will upload for editing. Its ridiculous.  I cannot be the only one having this issue.  Is it an android issue? Your support team has not been helpful. Website works fine but the web mobil thing is not working, atleast for me. Errors say file is damaged or incompatible… most are images Venice created.  Everything before the play store issue was great. Please help, the web app on my android is much less than satisfactory. Thank you.
