MP3 MP4 upload

Bring MP3/MP4 reference uploads into normal Chat. Venice already supports audio/video references in other workflows, but normal Chat’s file uploader rejects MP3/MP4. Allow us to attach a song directly to a conversation so the model can use it as context for prompts, music-video concepts, pacing, mood, lyrics, etc.
