Option to back up locally or to personal cloud

Feature RequestsBackup / Sync

The new encrypted chat back up feature was over due and is much appreciated. But I think having the option to store the data locally or on a personal cloud is necessary. It would be great to have this feature available.

Allow user to specify a local directory for chat storage. This could be accessed prior to the beginning of the chat session to provide ongoing context to the chat then at the end of the chat session (or where necessary to empty the buffer) backed up to local storage. The browser cache is venerable to clearing by many mechanisms not the least of which is human error.
