For several days now I have been getting the "UPS!" Screen for all the answers I request using the Venice app and using Venice on web (from my mobile device).
A question and "UPS!", a request and "UPS!". There is not one instruction where I don't get it. I have already restarted my phone, I have more than 100GB of free storage, very good web connection, uninstall and reinstall the app, use Venice on web and it is the same. I asked for support and they don't give me a solution.
What to do?
