Persistent Local Storage and Integration, not just volitile browser memory

The goal is to enable chat history to be saved directly to the user's local hard drive in a non-volatile format, rather than relying solely on temporary browser memory, while also allowing the AI to access selected local folders as a resource context. Key capabilities for this feature include Local Persistence, where chat data is automatically saved to a designated local folder to prevent data loss if browser memory is cleared. Additionally, Folder Selection would allow users to select specific local folders or sub-folders to act as the active save location for the current session. Contextual Access would grant the AI permission to read and reference text files within user-selected local folders for context. Finally, a Seamless Workflow would enable users to select source and save locations at the start of a session, eliminating the tedious need to manually copy and paste text into the GUI.  Being able to save characters in a similar fashion would be helpful as well. thanks
