PIN?

So my pro account has been set to Safe mode and I can’t change it without entering a PIN… what PIN? I never set up a PIN on this account, the security section has no signs of a PIN for the account. So, well done, you locked me out. Guess I will go elsewhere, also, your chat bot is erroring so frequently now its almost impossible to use.
