Price Model for Audible Option

I have just hauled my jaw off the floor after the Support Bot told me the price model for use of the Audible Chat option in Venice.AI. As a Pro User I only get 1 hour per 30 days!! Even as a Max user I only get 35 hours! Has the support bot got this right? This completely prices me out of making use of Venice.AI for an audible solution.
