Private Decision Model

The Jev Beta is great, but I would like to be able to triage and use a decision model in conjunction with private data, so I would be very happy if you could add either a private tier of Jev (if that is possible to contract with Typesafe, or add open source alternatives. I know there are several available that you can use via Ollama for example. There is much happening in this space now, and Venice should have a private option.
