Refreshing Reloads Old Messages

Refreshing the page or reloading the browser will cause old messages for responses that you regenerated to reload on the page which creates confusion for the model and clutters the page.

I cleared the cache and cookies, reset everything and tried again and was able to produce the same bug.

The same issue occurs across browsers and different devices.

Expected behavior is for only the most recently generated chat to persist within the conversation instead of all of them. Or at least to be the only chat displayed.
