Regular "learning" periods

I was talking to Venice and needed up-to-date information to be applied and Venice informed me that their information was two years out of date. Due to not having sufficient knowledge on the the topic due to not having any recent “training” or knowledge enhancement.  I asked Venice to search for the answer and it pushed back and insisted that it could not.     Train the bot please.
