Remove Character Reviews that Complain About Issues with the Underlying Model

Character ratings involving issues with the underlying model and not the character itself should be able to be removed upon request. They don’t contribute anything constructive and actually hurt the character since people who scroll by and don’t take time to look at the reviews will only see the low rating and likely not even try the character to see for themselves. Also, people who don’t understand how LLM’s work will think that this is an actual flaw with the character.
