Request About Credits

I know you must make your money in order to run your site and upgrade, and I’m all for it. However, I wish the credits would be removed. I find it bizarre that we pay to have access to everything on the site for $18 (or more) and then have to buy $25 worth of credits? That’s $43 dollars… If I paid to have full access, but still don’t have access because I ran out of credits, there is no point in paying the $18. On the flip side, if I only pay $25 for credits and try to use the site, the generators do produce the full result. It’s only partially done and cut off, which is frustrating. 

My point is, I don’t mind paying you for your site. As an artist to an artist, I’m glad for it. However, I don’t like paying for something that tells me I have full access, and it’s a lie because I don’t. My request is asking if you can choose one or the other, and payment plans only sounds like a greater solution because we all know what we are getting upfront, and you’re still getting paid. If you truly desire to keep credits and payment plans, then I implore you to look at the toolsaday site and their payment plans (NOT TO BUY BUT AS A SUGGESTION OF AN IDEA). Their payment plans list how many credits you get and what you have access to upfront, so we don’t feel cheated and know what we are paying for. For example, there are payment plans called standard, pro, ultra, and max. We can only use 1,000,000 letters/month for $8 standard, Ulta offers 20,000,000 letters/month $40, Max is completely unlimited for $100.

This form will help us not feel cheated, and help you get buyers willing to use your site. In fact, on Toolsday, it gave me the want to pay more than $8 because their site is cool. So, I know it should happen for you, too.
