Hello Venice AI Support,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to respectfully share two requests that I hope your team may consider.
First, I would like to ask whether Venice AI could reconsider support for Android 10, or at least provide some form of limited compatibility or fallback access for users who are still on that version. I understand that maintaining support for older operating systems requires engineering time, testing, maintenance, and difficult product trade-offs. I fully understand that these decisions are not simple.
However, for many users, remaining on Android 10 is not a matter of resisting updates. It is often just the practical reality of their current situation. Not everyone has an easy or affordable path to move to a newer Android version, and not everyone can replace a working phone simply to continue using one service. Because of that, losing compatibility can become a real access issue for users who still want to continue using Venice AI.
Second, I would also like to respectfully suggest adding PayPal as an optional payment method for subscriptions purchased directly on the Venice AI website. For many users, PayPal is not just a convenience feature. It is the payment method they already trust and use for online subscriptions and digital services. In some cases, users are ready to subscribe, but the available payment options on the website may not match the method they are most comfortable using.
I also understand that Venice AI places strong emphasis on privacy. In my view, offering PayPal as an optional website payment method would not need to conflict with that positioning, as long as it is clearly presented as a billing option rather than a privacy feature. Users who prefer PayPal for convenience and payment flexibility could choose it, while users who prefer other methods could continue using those instead. This would expand user choice without changing the core Venice AI experience.
From a user perspective, both of these points are ultimately about access. Android 10 compatibility affects whether some users can continue using Venice AI at all, while PayPal support on the website could make it easier for some users to subscribe directly in a way that feels more practical and familiar to them.
If restoring Android 10 support is no longer possible, I would sincerely appreciate a clear confirmation on whether compatibility has been permanently discontinued and whether there will be any fallback option for affected users. Likewise, if PayPal support for website subscriptions is not currently planned, I would still appreciate knowing whether it is being considered for the future.
Thank you very much for your time, your work, and your consideration.
