Seedance 2.5 draft mode

Seedance 2.5 natively supports a special draft mode that allows rendering a prompt at 480p with a draft id. Later we can re-render this exact same scene but with higher fidelity (e.g. 1080p).

With draft mode one can finetune a prompt by rendering multiple cheap 480p previews of a prompt until the perfect video is generated. Draft mode then guarantees that the exact same scene is reproduced at 1080p.

Please enable us to use draft mode via the video generation UI or the model's API.
