SFW images missing from "Recent" feed but visible in "My Posts"

Images shared to the feed are not appearing in the "Recent" tab, though they remain visible under "My Posts." These images were NOT marked as Adult content and do not require review.

Normally, only Adult-marked content is filtered from the Recent feed pending review, but these SFW images are also missing. The issue appears selective, w/ some generated images appearing in Recent while others do not.
