Sharable characters without making them public

I am working on several characters and I would love to be able to publish them to your server without actually making them public.  I would want to be able to generate a URL directly to the character, which I can send to friends who I want to help me refine the character, but it’s not ready for the public yet. 

If it’s unclear, this is like the file sharing sites, where I can mark a file as shared with everyone or only shared with people who have the URL.
