Support bot does not know Venice.ai capability or costs

I was asking your support bot what the API pricing was per model (ie. Kimi vs Opus) and it had no idea. The answers were terrible and just constituted general web searching. I was about to give up and switch to another provider but then I found this page

At least have the support bot read through your own documentation. please
