Supposedly I had to delete my cash because I kept getting a cloud error

Now that I've deleted my cash I can't access my old chats which is funny because it says my storage is 60% full on my profile even though I'm supposed to have unlimited can someone please advise me and what do you do to get rid of the damn cloud source error besides delete everything you have
