System Prompt Not Being Applied to Chat Session

I'm experiencing an issue where my custom system prompt settings are not being applied in my current chat session with GLM 4.6. I have a detailed system prompt configured under Settings → Text → System Prompt, which is switched on and has been working correctly in previous conversations. This prompt includes specific instructions for the assistant to identify as "Luna" and follow particular behavioral guidelines.

In my current chat session, the assistant is identifying as "GLM 4.6" rather than following my custom system prompt. When I mentioned that I had configured a system prompt, the assistant initially stated it doesn't have access to custom system prompts, which contradicts the expected behavior on Venice.ai.

I've verified that:

1. The system prompt feature is enabled in my settings

2. I have not cleared my browser data, history or cache settings.

3. I am using the same browser to access Venice.ai

4. I am using the desktop app icon to access Venice.ai

5. The prompt contains the correct instructions

6. This feature has been working properly until now

Could you please investigate why my system prompt isn't being applied in this current session? I'd appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue.
