Title: Introduce an Incentive Program for Feature Requests

The current Feature Requests section is an excellent platform for users to share ideas for platform improvement, but there's no incentive for high-quality proposals or requests that gain significant attention.

I suggest introducing the following reward program to encourage more users to actively participate in feature requests and contribute to the platform's development:

1. Reward System for Popular Requests:

   • Offer VVV tokens as a reward for improvement requests that receive a certain number of votes or comments

   • Provide additional rewards for ideas that the development team decides to implement

2. Contribution Rewards for Implemented Features:

   • Reward proposers of improvement requests that are actually implemented as features with VVV or DIEM tokens

   • If there are multiple similar proposals, reward the user who proposed the idea first

3. Quality Contributor Program:

   • Recognize users who regularly submit high-quality improvement requests as "Quality Contributors"

   • Provide recognized users with regular DIEM token distributions or special API usage limits

Such an incentive program would increase users' motivation to directly contribute to Venice.ai's growth, which should ultimately lead to overall platform quality improvement.

Additionally, this would help activate Venice.ai's token ecosystem and increase the utility value of both VVV and DIEM.
