UI chat navigation: Add Jump to Input Button

Within a given chat there is a chat history / response chain. I’m having trouble navigating this. Right now all we have is a cumbersome scroll bar to navigate long chat conversations which is quite difficult. 

I need the ability to Jump to my inputs. 

When we have conversations with AI, our submissions are relatively small, whereas the responses can be very and variably lengthy. Scrolling up to try to find my last input is way too cumbersome. 

Please add a button to quickly navigate/jump up or down to the nearest user input.
