Found the reason. When I click on different elements of UI it throws the following requests
https://veniceaihelp.zendesk.com/frontendevents/pv?client=1B…….
But in Brave browser they are blocked and it causes freeze. If I disable shields UI becomes faster.

Privacy browsers can cause issues with part of Venice. Let us know if you run into more issues in the future.
