Upscale own images

The existing web app's upscaling functionality is limited to images generated within the app.

To expand this capability, I propose the following enhancements:

1. Image Upload and Upscaling: Allow users to upload their own images via the chat window for upscaling. This may involve adding a new chat option dedicated to upscaling.

2. Support for Multiple Image Formats: Enable the app to accept various image types and automatically convert them to PNG format before upscaling, as the current upscaler only supports PNG.

Implementing these features could attract new customers looking to enhance old family photos and other personal images.
