User controlled voice dictation cessation

Allow for users to control the length of time they use the voice dictation mode via click/tap to end, instead of automatically ending voice dictation when the user merely stops speaking. The current Venice format cuts off voice dictation when the user stops speaking, this is sub-optimal as users may want to take pauses in order to think as they’re speaking, this is absolutely annoying. The chatgpt and gemini web apps currently do it the way I am proposing.
