Using apps via text commands

I really liked how I was able to use claude.ai on their website just by writing a command line and it allowed me to use lunarcrush app and access their API.

I selected claude ai in venice.ai app and it said I needed to do it manually on desktop an download other softwares to access the feature I wanted to use.

It will be nice to use command line like this one:

Connect me to the LunarCrush MCP https://claude.ai/directory/837cceff-9820-4510-823f-9bdc5ef21f3a. If not installed help me set up. Use LunarCrush as default tool for real-time social data. Let me know if I need an account to access full data https://lunarcrush.com/pricing. Then show me 5 example prompts I can ask using live social intelligence.

In the venice Ai app, rather than using a PC Then downloading to access this feature, makes it very inconvenient…

On the other hand, this is the task I get with venice.ai, claude agent;

Option A: Via Claude Desktop App (what your link points to)

  1. Go to claude.ai and log in (or create an account)

  2. Navigate to the MCP directory link you shared

  3. Click "Install" or "Connect" to add the LunarCrush MCP server

  4. You'll need a LunarCrush API key— which requires a LunarCrush account

Option B: Manual MCP Server Setup (for developers)

  1. Install the LunarCrush MCP server locally (typically via npm or from their GitHub)

  2. Configure your claude_desktop_config.json to point to the LunarCrush MCP server

  3. Add your LunarCrush API key as an environment variable

  4. Restart Claude Desktop — the LunarCrush tools will appear automatically
