Using VCUs on Custom 'HuggingFace' Models
Can we get an option to 'upload' our own Hugging Face models to use with our VCUs? Even at Extra VCUs Cost!
There's a huge market for niche models, and people want to use their VCUs on them. But right now, VCUs only work with models curated by the Venice.ai team. That's a major turn-off for people who need something more specialized. I’m sure many of these people would not mind paying extra for the ‘Privacy Mission’ Venice offers.
This feature would be a game-changer if done right!

For security reasons, Venice may want to just take in the HuggingFace or Civitai url, and do the download itself through its own account, rather than allowing raw uploads from user.

They are fully aware of Civitai. ;) As far as I am aware, everything they get is from Huggingface, since it is more secure, and is dedicated host for open source projects, whereas A large portion of the models on Civitai are under a protected license that prevents their use and redistribution on commercial platforms. It’s one of the main ways Civitai forces people to continue using their site, and subsequently why a lot of the veteran model trainers have moved on, but this isn’t the place for that discussion.

I agree with this request, but I know it will take a major amount of work to find a way to enable it, while maintaining privacy.
