Variables for System Prompts

Please allow inclusion of environment variables to system prompts.

Ex:

$todays_date (dynamically set)

$location (manually set)

Use case example:

I want to ask for todays weather, without the need to specify todays date, and using a pre-determined location.

Current Location may also be useful.
